my family hell

When I am with my family and a fight brakes out of any kind and I am asked to help or it is disturbing what I'm doing I will try talking, to fix the problem then if it doesn't work I'll move to threatening the one that started the fight, and if that doesn't work I will just remove the problem physically from the fight, but nobody likes it when I do that because I'm to "forceful" when I literally just grab them, drag them, or pick them up to remove them. And this is were hell breaks loose because they then see me as the problem so when they attack me I defend myself to the point were they can't do me any immediate harm but because I took it "t
